Warranty Administrator

Breeze Van Centre Portsmouth have an exciting opportunity for an experienced warranty administrator to join there team at their brand new premises.

You will have

You will responsible for: all warranty and goodwill claims, working closely with the Brand’s warranty team and the Aftersales Manager. • Apply the Brand warranty and goodwill policy procedures correctly to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction • Examining completed warranty repair job packs • Submit accurate warranty and goodwill claims daily • Monitor warranty reports daily • Input of Brands warranty payments • Return of warranty parts to the Brand • Ensure the Retailer achieves industry leading standards of process efficiency and cost control • Ensure compliance with Company and Brand policies • Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator essential and VAG experience desirable
